All you need to do is set it up once, and then watch as the money rolls in while you sleep. The first step in this process is to sign up for an affiliate program on a platform called Travelpayouts. This platform is an affiliate marketing hub designed specifically for travel creators. It provides users with the opportunity to scale their earnings by leveraging tools from over one hundred different brands, all conveniently accessible in one place. Essentially, Travelpayouts enables you to promote travel-related offers and earn money as an affiliate. The commission rates on this platform vary depending on the product you choose to promote, typically ranging from one to eight percent.

To get started, you need to click the “Get Started” button and create a new account. During registration, you’ll need to provide your email address and a secure password. Once you’ve entered this information, click “Create a Free Account” to proceed. Next, you’ll be prompted to select your first six brands. For simplicity, focus solely on Trip.com, then click “Connect” to link it to your account.

At this stage, the platform will ask whether you own a website. If you don’t, select the option that specifies you’re not using a website and instead opt for a social media channel. Enter your Instagram handle in the designated field. Don’t worry if you don’t have thousands of followers, even a few hundred can be enough to get started. Once you’ve provided your Instagram link, the platform will automatically recognize it as an Instagram account. Click “Next” to move on.

You’ll then be asked to specify your primary focus, which should be content creation since that’s how you’ll be promoting offers. After entering this, click “Next” and select the language in which you’ll promote the offers. Upon completing this step, you’ll receive confirmation that Trip.com has been successfully connected to your account. At this point, you can access the affiliate tools provided by the platform. Now, with everything set up, you’ll see that Trip.com is ready for promotion. You can earn commissions ranging from one to five-point-five percent for every sale you make.

Step two involves selecting a product to promote from the platform. When you explore the homepage, you’ll notice a variety of travel-related options available for promotion. These include hotel stays, flights, train tickets, car rentals, attractions, tours, and bundled packages like flights plus hotels. The platform offers a wide range of opportunities to cater to different travel needs, making it a versatile tool for affiliates.

Now, go to the top left corner of the platform’s homepage and search for a country. The search will display a variety of attractions across the country. Focus on a popular destination for tourists. Click on the destination to access the specific offers. This page showcases attractions, stays, flights, and rankings. Scroll through the options to find attractions that are likely to draw attention.
