Companies have been trying to cut down on workers for as long as those workers have demanded pay and benefits.
Whether it’s downsizing, outsourcing, streamlining, understaffing, or automating, if there is something a business can do to get rid of workers and their salaries, you better believe they are going to do it.
But this time does feel a little bit different. Recent AI advances have been mocked for not quiet living up to the bold claims of their tech bro founders.
But even in their current, imperfect form, LLM’s, general use robots and generative models are ALREADY replacing jobs and they are getting better every day.
So that’s bad for workers, but if you are a senior corporate executive or company owner, maybe you should be asking yourself…
If we automate everybody’s job… who is going to buy all of your stuff?
I have some good news and some bad news for your theoretical company.
The good news is that labor reduction systems of all varieties have ALREADY cut out millions of manhours in America alone and made the workers who are left more efficient at their jobs.
Artificial intelligence is just another tool that your company can use to get more work out of fewer staff or replace teams entirely.
Even here at little old works media group we used to have someone working part time whose job it was just to cut out images on Photoshop to use in our goofy little animations.
Now Adobe Suite has inbuilt AI features which can automatically remove backgrounds from any image with absolutely no human time or skill involved.
Now if you still think that sounds a bit depressing, well welcome to this channel, but also, I should tell you that market trends say this is already happening… AI isn’t going to change YOUR world, it’s just going to continue a trend that’s been happening for years now.
So it’s time to learn How Money Works to find out if how companies are adapting to a world where nobody can afford anything anymore.

Right so if ubi isn't a good idea then what is? At some point resources are gonna have to be redistributed in one way or another. An ever growing concentration at the top will inevitably lead to societal collapse or some kind of peasant uprising.
THE PEOPLE WHO INVEST IN A.I. 💥
Companies tax should be calculated by a standard deductible percentage from gross income where reductions can be made on tax contributions from employees tax.
The elite’s solution was to use vs to neuter millions of people.
Virtually control the machine (except for assembly lines)
A.I. is not looking to take all jobs. It's looking to make people only able to choose office jobs.
I got an AI website maker ad just before this video
We won't need money or price tags when the machines do all the work. That doesn't mean the globalists won't fight tooth and nail to keep a monetary system around so they can keep fucking us.
Small local fabrication to compete for logistics price
The profits from AI will go to the executives of the company like they have since the 80s, not the people. Eventually the people will rise up against the elites and overthrow them. But before that happens the elites will do what they can to reduce the population- wars, disease, civil unrest, etc.
The idea that the rich will be buying everything is false. The rich purchase more high priced items, but it's the middle class that drives our economy and purchases every day items. With no middle class left, our economy tanks and we go into depression until the elites decide to help out or be destroyed.
it’s kinda funny that as a welder, i don’t see my job being replaced by ai anytime soon (we are no where near the level of robotics required for that), despite menial labor being the thing people always thought would be automated into non-existence first. all these people with creative or white collar jobs being laid off goes directly against how people thought automation would go even ten years ago
It’s funny that poor people think they will somehow still get to be….
One job AI can’t take is engineering :), someone’s gotta fix the damned thing, although I personally would rather dismantle it than fix it
Moral of the story. Get rich fast.
My honest answer is business will not think that far ahead.
human time is more valueable than shite 9-5s. Passive income via ai agents is the only way humanity as a whole can find true fullfilment in life, doing what they truly want to do with it. That and I'm sick of getting my order fucked up.
I Hate video games hate ai hate billionaires this video as no fucking point!
Just because you own slaves doesn’t mean that the fancy party with 5 people can’t get fancier
If your company automate a job or uses AI to do it. That robot should pay taxes.
Doctors recommend smoking 2-3 cigarettes per day during pregnancy.
Very insightful 🥸
Laws exist only to prevent the poor from eating the rich, figuratively and otherwise.
It's only a matter of time before we have another French Revolution, but this time, it will be on a global scale. The upper and middle classes will be consumed by the poor, and societies will collapse in a matter of months.
This will be devastating for the middle class.
Yep, they are profiting themselves OUT of their jobs.
😂😂😂
Can't wait to see that!!!! 😂😂😂
If the 1% think the 99% are just going to sit and do nothing while all of their capital gets sucked up to the top year after year, they must be smoking that good sh*t.😂
I fail to see how this is going to make a stable system. Or at least a stable enough system to survive a war or something else.
The welfare queens like Elon Musk?
the logic that makes sense to me is the more ai doing jobs the cheaper things should be.
if a company replaces workers with ai,among others companies which do the same.things will be bad,as some form of govenment relief funded by taxes will be needed.
2nd option is companies with a certain amount of human workers per capita get budget cuts,a more preferential ubi.
It’s either UBI or socialism, there’s not a third option.
Universal basic income has never NEVER been put to the test. The tests being referenced here are missing one absolutely paramount feature. The “universal” part. And it’s extremely consequential. Why? Because everyone you give money to is selling their product or service (including housing) at prices based on virtually nobody having access to the money given by these experiments. I promise you, the instant landlords become aware that every single person (or adult) has an extra $1000 in the pockets per month is the instant your rent increases $1000 per month. There isn’t a shadow’s chance in hell they will have not noticed. This being true, it will also increase the value of the purchase of houses, being that houses are also far FAR more lucrative. This will make houses EXPLODE in cost.
So what is the alternative? Universal basic housing. Everyone is guaranteed a basic minimum place to live at no cost, on the condition that you don’t already have somewhere else to live. This controls several things all at once. 1. The cost of owning a house has no choice but to plummet – GOOD! 2. It is inflation proof because you aren’t paying for your first critical need. 3. You have more money to spend in the economy.
