One correction, the idea that consciousness is as an emergent property of neural complexity is an unfounded conjecture. All living organisms from protozoa to humans probably have some sort of consciousness. Neural complexity has nothing to do with it. Machines are so different from living organisms, it is unlikely that they will ever have consciousness.
Capex expansion is not ground breaking.
There is another automated Taxi company in America that has already been on the road for 4 years now. And good luck finding a lot who do not already have a car from using an unmanned Tesla to get from A to B. People want to own their own vehicals.
