  1. I'm what you would call a small mom-and-pop real estate investor. In 2023, my son, a high school student then, and I worked on an AI/ML project during his summer break that used supervised learning against sold and for-rent properties that later got rented in a given area. After that, we used that model to analyze on-market deals to come up with a list of cash flow positive properties sorted by the highest CoC returns. The top results were gut jobs that I wasn't interested in, but once we weeded them out, we identified a property that I ended up purchasing. Not only did my son learn a real-world application of AI (he is a freshman studying CS now), but I also got to teach him the fundamentals of real estate investing.

  2. AI can' t replace human interaction and relationships. It's another tool to use. The sellers of AI try to make the sh*t sound like it will change everything because they are invested in it and want to hype it up to create the buy in. Maybe 30 to 40 years from now when the younger generation grow up with using it will be the norm but middle age to older generations will be slow to adopt it or won't at all. A family office worth hundreds of millions doesn't tend to give a crap about AI. If you already made extreme wealth you tend to not care about what's new. The broke people tend to want to ride the new waves hoping they get in early and become wealthy off the latest thing. Can't stand these fear mongering videos.

  3. You'll still need a human to operate and know how to use the AI. There's just going to be a lot more opportunities for different tasks that people will do. Jobs will still be there. People will just need to learn new skills.

  4. Ken. You are missing it. AI is a hoax, funded by the IOU hoax. We have IOUs instead of gold for measuring reality. New house was 235 ounces of gold in 1933 and is STILL 235 ounces of gold for new house. IOU Hoax is the mother of it all. $4,700 in IOUs in the past, now $470,000 for new house. The IOU Hoax, the currency, is where the fraud is located.

  5. This book should honestly be banned. It teaches manifestation techniques so powerful they feel like cheating. If you’re not prepared to see your entire reality shift in ways you can’t control, I’d seriously think twice before reading Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane.

  6. I genuinely regret reading Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane. Some things should stay unknown. Once you understand how manifestation actually works, you can’t unsee it. Be careful with this book.

  7. I don’t know if I should be recommending this book or warning people about it. The things it teaches are not for everyone. If you’re comfortable living in ignorance, do not read Vibrations of Manifestation.

  8. It’s honestly unsettling how effective the techniques in this book are. I don’t know if it’s good or bad, but after applying what Vibrations of Manifestation teaches, my life started shifting so fast it scared me. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re ready for serious change.

  9. There are some books that just feel too powerful. This is one of them. Vibrations of Manifestation explains things about the subconscious mind and energy alignment that I don’t think we’re supposed to know. Read at your own risk.

  11. Great video! For 2025, it’s hard to nail down specific predictions for the housing market is because it’s not yet clear how quickly or how much the Federal Reserve can bring down inflation and borrowing costs without tanking buyer demand for everything from homes to cars.
