What's the point of mining if you don't sell immedietly for cashflow? You might as well buy the coin without mining, same market exposure. Mining is only worth it if you can do it well above your electricity cost and sell without taking market risk.
Regarding GPU renting out, it seems like a very small market, if you are a big corp, you will pay the big cloud companies for compute time.
I like the concept of renting out hardware but the (economies) of SCALE will undercut you I'm pritty sure.
Even own gpu is not profitable now a days so how ppl rent gpu lol
