  1. Damn!!!! Nicely framed by Musk with all his biases.

Was Altman looking Missisipi Congressman in the eyes and saying along the lines of Im poor ser and am pure for greater good in humanity… You must stop and regulate any further progress due to the danger to humanity.

Now he wants to be up with the centabilly boys!

It makes me sick to the stomach just thinking about it and now with the way the tables landed it's not looking too good for Altman!

For once Musk might be genuinely correct here.

SkycoinbaseNet needs to steamdogeroll all those threatening it…… But in all seriousness- I prefer Musk and Coinbase CEO amongst others be overseeers than Vil Gates and Sons. It already feels like they've moved too far and too fast!!!!!

Thanks for your incredible angles on cutting hot tech!!

  2. The real legal question in all of this is should someone who funds a 'non profit' like Musk be entitled to a share of ownership (minus any tax benefits they received) if & when the IP is converted to 'for profit'. The legal answer is clearly yes but whether the powers that control the courts will allow it is sus. All the rest is moot.

  3. Elon is such a villian. He's addicted to ketamine and it's clearly affected him more and more. He's already going after his competitors. How can we as educated people fight the uneducated masses if they refuse to educate themselves or even debate!? When they start killing g us I will not take it!

  4. If they didn't pivot and raise billions of dollars, they would have died of without any resources to do anything relevant. Even Elon admitted so in his release emails.

  5. Your observation is very astute. This reminds me of an old Saturday Night Live skit in which Dan Aykroyd did a piece where he said quote who is most macho? In this case it's who is the most altruistic. As we know, Musk always plays the long game. Open AI will at some time want to go 2 the financial markets and go public. You can be assured Musk will be right there with a big steak in this company just like he did with Tesla. He will no doubt be on the board and have a significant part of the company.

  6. Now do Battelle Memorial Institute. It was set up purely as a nonprofit research foundation in Battelle's will, but after his death, the board cut a deal with the Ohio AG, and simply became for profit, solved with an enormous contribution. Completely unjustifiably and corrupt; none of this is secret, is in open court documents, and on Battelle's own website. BMI now manages almost all of the government's national labs, inefficiently and at enormous profit, while squeezing out their competition.

  7. Appreciate the detailed breakdown! I have a quick question: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). How should I go about transferring them to Binance?

  8. Elon is right – but he is also looking after himself. He can be active in do both of these because generally he tries to locate his interest with the business of being right.
Altman is a devious actor and the whole OpenAI (ClosedAI actually) should be put through a proper restart and go open like Meta has – or even wider. Then Altman can leave and start a new company (using open sourced stuff from OpenAI) call it ClosedAI_MaxPlesure_M$. Then lots of people will be happy, but doubt that Elon will be happy…
Sorry, no general happiness expected from this litigation…

  9. How ca they claim to be a non profit charity while stealing art from around the world? That would make it a criminal enterprise, right? How is anyone ok with that? Where are the prosicuters? Where are the Judges. We are now a country of men and not laws. Then its ok if I steal from large corporations?

  10. I'm worried. I was already bothered by Microsoft trying to make us pay for absolutely everything, but AI should not be milked! This info hit hard – the dystopian version of AI is getting closer; I really hope Musk manages to set things straight.

  11. Wwhhhaaatttt the specifics of OpenAI are INSANE. Shut that shit down. Sorry. This is how business works. You don’t get to shift around shit instead of fail when you literally failed.

  12. This is the biotech/ pharma philanthropy for profit scheme… yes scheme. Once again monopolistic collusion cause exponential network effect level damage. Musk is unequivocally in the most right role and Altman played it all wrong. Therein lies the dilemma.
