In the last 3 months I've made around 150+ songs of various genre. I have an album of prog rock, a metal/ebm album of songs that tell stories, and an album of filthy comedy songs, including one song that's just a 3 min 45 sec "yo mama" joke. Today I dropped $200 on a website, I know I could build one for free, even way cheaper, but I got excited and went with a more expensive option. I own a domain now, a website, got my YT channel ready for content, and I'm over $100 deep in Udio now. Had a lot of fun through it all, and if I end up having wasted money…well, it won't be the first time I've done so, and it's a valuable learning experience. I used GoDaddy for my site, and then learned that they partner with a 3rd party so I can get a LLC for "free", paying only the usual state fees. If my pseudo-career as a fake musician fails, at least I will have learned a lot about business and the inner workings of the music industry.

I'm glad to see I'm on the brink of this. I just use AI to sing my lyrics. I miss 2000's Screamo with Christian roots (i.e. Underoath) and this is helping me revive the era. Maybe I'll make a little something, but at the least, I'm making music I love to listen to. Lol
